We are also often asked to provide consultancy support to a BPM, Lean or Six Sigma project. Recent examples include the Lean optimisation of end-to-end operational processes to minimise delays, effort and costs and the identification of critical process risks in a global service provider’s financial processes.
We don’t employ consultants at E Squared but we do recommend specific independent consultants whom we have selected according to their expertise, reputation and their proven ability to deliver, which we test thoroughly. They are also experts in the use of Qmap so that they not only make recommendations for improvement but they provide hands-on design and implementation help if required.
E Squared has no financial contract with our independent consultants whatsoever. We simply make the introduction and the rest is up to you.
