Business Process Analysis - use Qmap to improve your efficiency
Qmap is much more than a process mapping tool. Through its Activity Based
Costing function it enables processes to be measured, timed and costed and then
carefully analysed to determine your organisation’s most efficient operational pathways.
Qmap is able to accept a wide range of metric inputs, with time units ranging from
seconds to years and costs in multiple currencies. Minima, maxima, averages, probabilities,
durations, delays, lateness and time/cost metrics can all be calculated and scenarios
shown for process analyses, path analyses, critical paths and case analyses. All
of these can be selectively applied to a particular process level, that level plus
its children or the whole project, thus facilitating very accurate calculations
at any point in the process hierarchy.
Through Qmap’s export facility the analyses can be extended to include very detailed
statistical reporting, complex risk management and real-time simulation through
our partner programmes.
