Interfast Europe sees huge increase in productivity using new Qmap
Interfast Europe, a supplier of speciality fasteners, components and systems to aerospace and industry and a long-standing Qmap user, has, following a company-wide move towards software as a service (SaaS), moved its entire process management over to new Qmap. As a result is has seen huge operational improvements.
Since switching in September of this year, the company has seen a number of operational benefits, particularly in terms of increased staff productivity, process ownership and proactive process improvement.
Neil Stanbury, Interfast's Branch Manager (Europe) described Qmap Studio as "a quantum leap - a huge step forward. Since Studio is highly interactive and presents information to users in bite-sized chunks, it has made it far easier for staff at all levels, including new entrants, to become engaged in process management".
