Customers receive:
- Direct access to the QMAP Support Team via e-mail, phone and fax.
- All requests for support responded to within 48 hours.
- Invitations to the bi-annual QMAP User Conferences.
- Free maintenance patches and product upgrades.
The QMAP Support team is available during the following hours (excluding English bank holidays) :
